1. EVMS Public Workshops (In-Person Event Products)
– Cancellation Policy
– Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the event date to qualify for a refund.
– If materials were already shipped, the refund will be processed once the course materials are received back in our office.

2. CAM Certification (Online Products)
– Cancellation Policy
– Cancellations must occur before starting the certification course to qualify for a refund.

3. EVMS Books (Physical Products)
– Refund Policy
— Refunds may be provided for unopened and unused items within a 30-day timeframe.
– Shipping Policy
– Books are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on the quantity of items ordered. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment.
– Delivery times may vary based on the shipping method selected and destination.

4. EVMS Online Training (Online Products)
– Cancellation Policy
– Cancellations must occur before starting the training course to qualify for a refund.

5. EVMS Electronic Products (Online Products)
– Refund Policy
– Refunds may be provided for unopened and unused items within a 30-day timeframe.

– All refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
