Scheduler Staff Augmentation Consultant
H&A is looking for schedulers to augment H&A's current engagements. The schedulers may be assigned to multiple programs.
The following tasks are representative of typical H&A engagements:
- Provide support for project scheduling in an earned value management (EVM) environment.
- Coordinate the development of proposal schedules to support the capture of new business.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of resource loaded project schedules, promoting horizontal and vertical integration in support of contract requirements.
- Perform schedule analysis including critical path, schedule health, and identification of emerging trends.
- Lead the conduct of schedule risk assessments (SRA), including analysis of results.
- Identify unexpected conditions, provide strategic alternatives to management, and coordinate mitigation plans to achieve program objectives.
- Mentor other team members in scheduling and EVM best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of experience scheduling DoD projects with an EVM requirement.
- Proficient in various scheduling tools such as MS Project or Oracle Primavera.
- Strong familiarity with the Planning and Scheduling Excellence Guide (PASEG).
- Experience leading schedule risk assessments.
