DODI 5000.85 - Major Capability Acquisition - Change 1 dated November 2021

This instruction establishes the policy and prescribes the procedures that guide the acquisition of major capability acquisition programs. See Appendix 3B, 3B.1., Program Information. Within this section, there is a reference on where to find the current EVM application requirements and reporting requirements tables. The EVM reporting requirements table references the Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis (IPMDAR) DID DI-MGMT-81861C.
