Personalized EVMS Mentoring to Ensure Your Success
The H&A consultants initially conduct the session as if they were a government customer. If a CAM is unable to undergo a thorough interview, then the session evolves from a review into a mentoring session to help the CAM through the process. Feedback is provided at the end of each session to ensure a CAM knows exactly what is expected of them during a real customer review. These one-on-one sessions are reinforcement training for the CAMs.
This mock interview and data trace process is an important preparation activity to determine if deficiencies exist in the EVMS, how the EVMS is implemented, data quality, or personnel knowledge. This allows time to correct any deficiencies, data quality issues, or to conduct additional training as needed prior to the customer review.
