FAA Program Performance Surveillance Guide – dated July 2016

This guide establishes the process for conducting surveillance for the FAA program office's EVMS that is undergoing surveillance or for an FAA contractor's EVMS that is undergoing surveillance. The objectives of the surveillance process are to verify:

• Compliance with FAA policies related to program performance.
• Program performance data reliability and consistency.
• Compliance with documented program EVM Program Control Plan processes.

The programs selected for surveillance are coordinated with the FAA EVM Council. Recommendations and corrective actions resulting from the program performance surveillance are also approved and coordinated with the EVM Council.
